Nothing i can think of.

Cons

Where to start. Horrible pay compared to the amount of work and responsibilities you take on. Sick time non existent. Unless you know someone or kissing but. You wont move anywhere in the company. Managers get to sit in the office and watch yotube videos. While everyone else busts their backs.

Pros

The leaders of this company are true professionals who know how to build strong relationships with the clients and their employees. You are challenged to think, given latitude to lead in your style and have fantastic resource materials at your fingertips.

Cons

As with any management corporation, contracts expire and can be underbid. They are still a smaller company without a lot of accounts in any one area. So the job may vanish when the contract is not renewed.
