Pros

The leaders of this company are true professionals who know how to build strong relationships with the clients and their employees. You are challenged to think, given latitude to lead in your style and have fantastic resource materials at your fingertips.

Cons

As with any management corporation, contracts expire and can be underbid. They are still a smaller company without a lot of accounts in any one area. So the job may vanish when the contract is not renewed.

Not only does the job keep you busy wit h work, but it helps you create a friendly atmosphere for customers.

Cons

Although we're going through cutting back on hours, I still enjoy the smiles on the customers faces when it's time to work.
