Pros

The pay was in line with regional baseline.

Cons

The company lost sight of the importance of customers and employees. Internal and External Customer Service is non-existent!!! Use to be very family orientated and now is straight up Corporate. High Turn over rate all across the country. Insurance benefits were low grade and high priced, with little to no benefits in some areas due to being considered a remote employee with minimal employees in the Cross dock you were closest to.

Management is very stubborn and works against the people they have in place instead of with them for the better of the company and the customers.
