Pros

The people at my location were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed both my co-workers and my leadership.

Cons

Decision making gets steadily worse the higher up you go. C-suite seems to have no idea what goes on with the business - when they stay out of your way things are good, but random decrees can drastically hurt the quality of life of employees.

nothing here is a pro unless you want to be replaced without knowing there is an issue

Cons

all are cons nothing really good here other than this is a business that is solid. But the owners are all about their pockets and nothing gets passed on the workers
