Great company for the most part. Depending on who you know and what department you work for and how hard you work you have the potential to move up in the company. Decent hours, good benefits, not bad 401K.

Cons

Can be very stressful at time. A lot of family and friends of others work here, and stay here. Company is going through some changes at the moment so some old perks are on hold and eyes are on you. Work very very hard and hopefully you will get somewhere.

Pros

There are amazing and kind people that work at this company. The management is for the most park great and understanding. It's a family company so they know how important relationships are.

Cons

Not the highest paying job out there but the atmosphere makes up for that. I can't say i have had a negative experience.
