      Good group of guys in the Weld shop

      Pros

      Got along with everyone I worked with. Direct supervisor was an easy guy to get along with. Weld shop leads were very knowledgeable and willing to teach. Met some solid guys while working there.

      Cons

      Pay scale was not the greatest at the time.
