Beautiful facility. Mellow colleagues. Good view.

Cons

Management covers up mistakes. Out of touch, arrogant and manipulative. No leadership. Employees are often thrown under the bus. Vague directions. Constant fire fighting with no system. High turnover. Unhealthy environment. Many employees leave out of anger with zero to short notices.
