Business Outlook
Pros
Very strong technical team, with decent management from Taiwan Team. Overall culture of the company is work hard to meet customer requrements, while being supportive of the internal teams.
Cons
From a remote standpoint, processes are weak. Initial manager was was a micro manager, and difficult to work with. Pay is a bit bellow average, and they don't provide regular / yearly raises.
