      Easy jobs, Laid back atmosphere, Dress down, Rules are flexible, Salary isn't bad. Very difficult to get laid of unless you steal money or because of the budget cuts. A lot of people want to work here. If you make good friends or have family within Miami Dade County, you will go up quickly. There are very good employees, staff, & supervisors who are very respectable .

      Cons

      Budget has been in a hiring freeze for years! Layoffs as well. You only get hired if you know someone higher up. A lot of nepotism going on all of Miami Dade County. You only move up if you have made friends in high places. You will have some VERY lazy co-workers who have been there forever and won't help or do anything
