      Pros

      Great place to make some good money while taking classes. It was good pay and bonuses. they were very flexible with class schedules every semester.

      Cons

      I do not have anything bad to say about working at Miami university. Just trying to meet the 20 word min! :)

      Great environment, excellent faculty and staff who care about getting to know you, engaged students who are high achieving and want to do well long term

      Cons

      The lack of diversity is often very frustrating and it can feel like it takes forever to create real change.

      Pros

      A very good compensation plan for the graduate assistants. Most professors work with the GAs so tasks don't get in the way of your own educational growth. Very approachable faculty and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Some professors can be a miss. While not a personal experience, I had some other GAs complain of heavy loads or surprise tasks that required more time. This was not the norm, however.
