      Great hours and management is flexible with classes, studying, etc.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best but good for some extra money in your pocket during college.

      Pros

      State retirement plan, good benefits package, very competitive vacation and sick time accrual, lots of opportunity for personal and job-related growth. The students are always the number one priority.

      Cons

      The culture at Miami can, at times, be from upper management down, and does not always take in consideration the front-line staff of an operation. Additionally, the overwhelming amount of union employees can make it difficult to hire the right person for a job.
