      Pros

      Education opportunity, laid-back, good benefits. Employees care about students and instructors and are willing to go extra miles to help.

      Cons

      Leadership is average. They are not very good at motivating their employees. A lot of politics going on. Salary is nor very competitive although the benefits are good. Small town.

      Pros

      Definitely a friendly atmosphere and helpful professors. The Chemistry and Biochemistry departments are well staffed, but the Kinesiology department lacks quality professors.

      Cons

      You are in the middle of the cornfield of Ohio. You cannot stay in Oxford for more than several years without it getting old.
