      I had an amazing experience working at the Miami University Rec Center.

      Pros

      One of the best parts of working at the rec center was the flexible schedules. There were a lot of employees and if there were conflicts with exams or travel, folks were willing to step up and trade shifts!

      Cons

      The biggest con tow working at the rec center was that they did not have free parking for staff.

      Some flexibility with curriculum design

      Humanities VAPs start at 20000$ less than VAPs hired to Farmers Business school. The work to pay ratio is inhumane. There is no programmed time to continue research. Nepotism abounds. Elitist student body with little class, racial/ethnic, diversity.
