The schedule is set and very predictable. We have most weekends off.
Cons
Management is never positive about anything. Only focuses on every little negative thing. There's absolutely no motivation and every bit of hard work you put in is in vain. Plus, it's always understaffed so the employees are expected to do the work of 3+ people. Favoritism is also a common theme here
