      HR people don't know the actual situation in the store that which candidate will be beneficial in future and for long-term cooperation for the company they just judge employee on their achieved targets they don't care how the employee is treating customers.

      gives employees wardrobe 2-4% commission depending on how much you sell paid breaks short shifts

      Cons

      requires a lot of clientelling second language almost always required to make money competitive environment, catty employees
