Good work-life balance. It majorly depends on the team in EGD; you can just coast through your time.

Cons

Low or No Growth in this particular team(External Geometry Designer). Management doesn't care at all; they want to increase the no of projects delivered. Promotion and salary don't depend on work but on what your manager thinks of you. No place for creativity and critical thinking, just following a set of documents. No real professional technical growth.
