Cons
They had all the recipe to make you frustrated. Listing critical one 1. They don't value you suggestion and give importance to French counterpart. 2. There is no relation between your designation and work. 3. French managers who are sent here are not of IT backgrounds (mostly). They came from manufacturing , sales of Michelin and hence they will listen but will do what the french counter part is saying. 4. In meetings abruptly people start speaking French and this is there style even if you say you don't understand french. 5. I felt cheated in a way that they told me they are using all the latest technologies in there project but none is there when I joined the firm. 6. If you want to connect to HR, they will always remain in BUSY mode. They will reply if they want to. In fact this is the behavior of most of the senior employees. 7. In short I can say don't join the firm if you had some other offer ( even if your package is a bit less ).
