Pros

Best in the Industry, excellent working method, strong brand good for your resume, good initial training system, colleagues' relationship is not very political.

Cons

Not very innovative, decisions are not flexible enough. not enough opportunity for young people, there are more and more experienced people waiting to be promote but company's development didn't provide enough space for them.

Pros

Good office Ambience, desk facilities

Cons

For IT Pune office, France management takes decision, controls and runs the show. India management is a puppet, has no power. Lot of Political games played and hopes given to employee with no results. Management Team has no work ethics, heavily influenced by vendor company Capgemini. Michelin follows what CapG management says and wants. No Job security. No proper calibration to measure performance. Michelin goes with what Vendor has to say about Michelin employees. Vendor evaluates and decides future for Michelin employees. Michelin hires people, throw them out soon as per Capgemini's word. No work life balance (you need to work 12 hrs almost every day just because Capgemini also does), very biased behavior, no recognition for leader roles. No personal and professional growth. When you exit, formalities are complicated and they don't pay the amount that belongs to you, nobody helps. Lot of blame game. Long interview rounds. No salary negotiation in HR round, you need to accept what they offer. Worst IT organization you will ever work with. Michelin has a brand value in manufacturing tyres but working for IT pune is like a nightmare.
