      1. You will be a labour for 6-8 years 2. Your Salary increase will be at their mercy as you will be forced to sign a long-term (3-5 years) bond. 3. If you break the bond, you will have to pay an amount way more than your yearly salary. 4. You will not be sure if you would get any retireal benefits or not. 5. Poor HR and management team that one can imagine in an organisation

      Location is world trade centre kharadi with good amenities nearby and good housing societies such as fortune, marvel, goel ganga, etc. company gives a good fixed component in salary

      Cons

      processes are unorganized. task force leaders do not have sufficient authority to drive decisions. company goals are ambiguous and certain people from a service company have formed a cartel to drive promotions

      Great Work place, lot of new cutting edge technologies to work upon. Amazing employee benefits. Its a 120 + years old brand and you get that feel when you work here.
