My experience at Michelin Dubai has revealed a troubling bias in leadership, favoring Indian employees while disregarding the contributions of others, regardless of their performance. This bias has led to the unfair dismissal of talented individuals from different nationalities, creating a toxic work environment where favoritism thrives. Moreover, the leadership operates more as puppets, lacking critical thinking and failing to address the genuine concerns of employees. To truly foster an inclusive culture, Michelin France should consider sending representatives from the head office to oversee operations and ensure that no exclusive clubs exist among Indian employees. This would help address the imbalance and promote a fair workplace that values contributions from all nationalities, restoring trust and transparency within the organization.

I do not know where to begin .. This company was the best employer in tire business in Dubai up to three years ago, before things started to go downhill: 1. Lack of transparency: It can go beyond, even lying to employees. 2, No respect for people: It is clearly showing in internal employee surveys and the management do not want to understand why, they are in disbelief or living in a different reality, people are too afraid to use the ethics hotline because they are too afraid of retaliation. 3. Politics and favouritism: Borderline to racism, if you are from a certain nationality then you have an advantage already, you will be promoted faster, you can make big mistakes people or business related and management and HR will cover for you. 4. Toxic working culture: No fair distribution of work, people care more on how to make themselves look good rather than the actual work and results, sadly the management are a bit blind about this, it became just too fake.
