      -Nice office location (calm and positive) -Work life balance -Salary on time -Leaves can be taken without any issues -Your CTC is exactly the breakdown of your in-hand monthly salary

      -Poor retention policies -Frequent change in management -No WFH expenses support provided -In the recent past , salary increments have become minimal -Performance appraisal are not transparent -Health insurance for parents not included in CTC.
