      Good business data analysis and sales team cooperation experience for 5 years, such as built up and worked on database to support sales team on forecast analysis with focus of price and profitability management. Good at using Power BI, Access, Excel, etc. Specialties: • Ability on business analysis and report based with knowledge of the business environment, structure, process and logic. • Strong self-motivation, team spirit with self-development objective: grow the value by continuous knowledge and experience accumulation.

      Pros

      Michelin management is highly biased and supports only their favorite employee. Hard working, dedication to work, and quality of work have very low meaning here. The people who only speak politically and do flattering to management are the one who grow here. And surprisingly higher management supports this biasness.

      Cons

      In the name of people, the management supports the sweet-speaking people, even if that person does not deliver, and does all unethical things on the back of management. But since he speaks good in front of management, so he is the best person ( Not the one who is delivering)
