      You work as a individual contributor and no need to be a managerial person for everything.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment in office. Poor management with no answers to employees queries/ issues. Making multiple hierarchy in teams which is not good for product based companies. People are more interested in individuals personal life rather than work. And, feedbacks are more focused towards your personal agendas rather than career growth and opportunities.
