      Pros

      It truly is a welcoming company, generally great management, manager training , and decent structure.

      Cons

      Incredibly slow to move, adjust, or try new things. Consistently working against yourself due to bureaucratic nature of thr company during any changes or new initiatives. Not quick to take risks which can be good but also incredibly bad when decision paralysis or consistent pushback holds up innovation.
