Michelin puts a lot of time and effort into taking care of their employees. They do their best to keep people for their entire career by giving them training and opportunities to go as far as one may desire. They have one of the best cultures I've seen in my career.

Cons

Michelin has some work to do in providing fair compensation. They consistently pay average or less across all fields.
