Company offers flexible working. Manager's were very good in allowing time of at short notice for appointments or child related, and allow us to work it back when convenient for us.

Cons

Pay progression can be very slow. People can be paid at 85% of what Michelin decides your job to be worth. Designed to keep people at the company by giving little rises often, instead of larges rises when you change job.
