      Great people, products, training,values and customers.

      Cons

      Career growth can sometimes be limited. I would see half employees leave for higher incomes and the other half would feel like they didn't have enough career move potential. Many competitor tire companies hire former Michelin employees because they are so well trained.

      Very difficult to make quick changes. Very little empowerment, followers are more successful then trailblazers.

      Bad experience of interview process

      Pros

      I was not an employee of Michelin, but had a bad experience while trying for an opportunity with Michelin. Despite of being selected , I was offered CTC lesser than my current CTC. It was heart breaking. Also the communication maintained by Peoplefy consultancy was really unprofessional. "Peoplefy consultancy manages recruitment for Michelin."

      Cons

      Not exactly everything could be written here. But it was a real bad experience for the first time.
