Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working here. The company offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for learning and professional development. Leadership is generally approachable, and teamwork is encouraged across departments. There’s room for improvement in internal communication and streamlining some processes, but overall, it’s a solid company with a good culture and potential for long-term growth.

Cons

Always room for improvement in systems

Pros

pros seen in the past are below - work life balance used to the usp Policies were good earlier Most french bosses earlier where inspiring and understanding except a one or two who are just self centered.

Cons

Product division is managed by testers scrummasters or rather developers who got promoted with fancy designations. The new indian managers have a lot of ego and are insecured in nature and tend to torture people with talent. they deprive the ones who are thinking differently and try to impose their stupid expectations . These new managers only mingle with their like minded friendsor their new french counterparts and they transfer all unwanted heayv loaded tasks to indian folks. when it comes to promotion there is often a super quick move of the french third party apprentice to higher position but nothing for those working silently or even those seeking any career.they often say there is nothing for you and then keep doing magic for their prefered employees.Even onsite visit is just a tour given for these preferred employees while those in the system slogging hard are left unheard or denied
