Pros
You won't find a more humane company to work for (in my experience, 10+ years). There is plenty of opportunities if you are willing to work hard and not get discouraged by setbacks and obstacles that you'll encounter in any organization.
Cons
All companies have their problems; we have ours too. Fortunately, our problems are solve-able if you want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Yes, I drank the cool aid, it works well for me.
