      Pros

      Best in the Industry, excellent working method, strong brand good for your resume, good initial training system, colleagues' relationship is not very political.

      Cons

      Not very innovative, decisions are not flexible enough. not enough opportunity for young people, there are more and more experienced people waiting to be promote but company's development didn't provide enough space for them.

      Overall good company with good benefits.

      Cons

      Unless you can put 20 to 30 years in with the company, your advancement opportunities aren't great. The company doesn't take your previous experiences into consideration.

      Pros

      Benefits were great, and they really take care of their employees. I loved my time there but needed to take a leave of absence.

      Cons

      The only hard part was working swing shifts. It was nice to have certain fays off but the schedule was very different it was hard to get a good nights sleep
