      Cons

      Legacy Systems are dangerously outdated. IT backbone (data management) is atrocious, unorganized, and inefficient. Hierarchical structure enhances compartmental focus, lack of communication, and misfiltering of information.

      In most facilities, the job security is quite good. This is literally a company that many people start to work at and then retire from.

      Cons

      Like many corporations, sometimes they are slow to react to changes. The technology in use is often a bit dated. They are sometimes over cautious when adapting new things.
