      Pros

      Good company where you can have pretty good perspectives while enjoying a balanced life.

      Cons

      You have to keep an eye on your career management, as they tend to rely on employees loyalty on the long term. But this conception is changing with new HR managers generation.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. It's just another job. You can get away with a lot of your the right person

      Cons

      Management is beyond impaired. They put people into positions not because they want to make it a better place to work but because they don't want to work shift. Favouritism is the key. An employee that does there work ends up doing all the work. Too much overtime and mandatory. Not paid to be on call and sit by the phone. No Union. No guarenteed pension because Michelin can't make money off of it.
