      Stable company with consistent growth

      Pros

      Relatively a stable company. Offers ample opportunities to junior engineers starting out. Offers excellent benefits and ample holidays Strong push for training and transfer across departments if requested Lots of company driven events for employees

      Cons

      Salary is not comparable with other companies for similar roles Poor planning and unrealistic deadlines for projects. The above results in long work hours to meet these deadlines. Lack of support from senior engineers and a lack of mentors. Lack of social activities given the remote location of the plant.
