      Pros

      A company that has values which I relate to, focused on our customers and where facts matter. As do we as Michelin people!

      Cons

      Has lost some of it's family business feel to it over the years but that is to be expected as the world has changed.

      Pros

      You know what you need to do and you receive all tools and training to make your job. It's possible to make job rotation.

      Cons

      Nothing. It's a very good enterprise with carrer path. Don't have an aggressive salary plan but it's just and honest with some benefits.
