1). Over hype on the brand image of the company.
2). Over empowerment to the french managers which make some of them to miscuse their powers.Talented young minds can never come up in this company.
3). They really look for long term bonded people who will not ask any questions of about systems , who will relocate to abroad at any time immediately when they say , who will only follow michelin systems ( even some of them are worthless ) , who will accept for a long term bond failing which they will take back your 1 year salary.
4). A so called career management is pathetic.A guy or girl who specialise in one department for years will grow step by step for ex : trainee , executive , senior executive , asst manager , manager , senior manager , general manager and COO or CEO or Head.But here when you start growing they change your department in the name of career management and you have to start from the scrap.No way of reaching top position.
5).Their way of doing any work is like touching your nose with your hands across the neck.( We do normally touch straight ).
