      In the early phase, there was abroad training. So good chance to know how other people approach work and business Breakfast, Lunch provided at factory. Extra time not required in in most situations

      Cons

      You might need to sign a bond. System is slow because the organisation is very big. Travel time (morning+evening)>2 hrs Hike is less
