Good perks - 4 free tyres/year - $200 towards a gym membership - lunch paid for daily - company car is nice - the sales team are good - annual conference is good

Cons

- so many reports - not about selling tyres - massive focus on only achieving kpi's - all kpi's unrealistic - no flexibility - managers have no boundaries
