      Pros

      Michelin offers a stable working enviroment with salaries in line with local markets. They offer a lot of internal trainings and have strong organizational culture,

      Cons

      Slow career development (for Eastern Europe production facilities at least. They do not offer external trainings (internationaly recognized acreditations). Since it is a french born company the overall feeling of the organization is a bit rigid and conservative.

      Pros

      company took care of all the travelling and staying expenses, very well organised

      Cons

      there is a bond, but thats okay if they are investing so much on you by training you abroad

      Big, successful, French company - great for some, ok for most

      Pros

      Given size and geographical footprint, there is plenty of opportunities for a career of change and challenge.

      Cons

      For any position, candidates who went to the right (French) school will always be given preference, no matter how experienced they are.
