Pros

A good bit of freedom. People are friendly and willing to work with you. Training opportunities are great for new hires.

Cons

Hard to adapt to 'Michelin Way'. Salary pay is terrible compared to other companies, so many new people are leaving rather quickly for better money. Michelin is slowly moving away from all the great things that they were built on, but still not willing to pay the "competitive salary" that most companies are offering.

Pros

At Michelin, the pay is really good and it is nice to only work seven days out of every two weeks. You also get holidays off and a week or two off at Christmas time.

Cons

Rotating days and nights is the downfall to Michelin but really after a while you get used to it so it is not so bad.

Pros

Good benefits. Good pay. A over all good company to work for

Cons

I don't mind working day shift. 12 hours a day but I am not a fan of work rotating shift 12 hour shifts
