They show favoritism and bully over time workers.your usually assigned to a machine that you run on your regular crew regularly. You can volunteer for over time to make big money they usually put you on whichever machine they need ran.unfortunately you notice there’s a man that has the same job as you get his own machine regularly on over time and is there almost everyday making easy money and a lot of it. When I tried to do that I never could get on mine. I still came in though but they would treat me like trash.i never heard that man catching any heat but i sure did.even though the BUL would say i have good performance. It was really soul crushing. Pressed me so much and embarrassed me to the point I’d consider not living. You make pretty good money on your regular shift but it was hard to see others get as much as they wanted. With no pressure it seemed like. I reported the two men that were treating me poorly nothing happend.

Non-competitive salary, very little chance for opportunity to grow. Management is a mess! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Customers are neglected. Many employees have quit in the last 12 months. Morale is very low. Less than 5% of the entire sales team have made any sort of bonus. The leadership team is tone deaf. And they wonder why they had a crappy sales year.
