Pros

flexible work schedule and everyone is really nice. you meet nice people there almost everyday, no one is really mean.

Cons

very quick paced environment, you have to learn a lot of things by yourself. Thats the only bad part, and sometimes working at a venue that you have never worked before is annoying but its okay.

Pros

Generally friendly and interesting faculty and staff that are eager to share details of their research/field of study and happenings with a low ranking undergrad peon such as yourself.

Cons

Not much for growth depending on the field of work. You'll be treated as non-PHD low life scum if you aren't educated as the same, standard business politics apply in this regard.
