      3 years of fun but it's all the same after a while.

      Pros

      Friendly work environment, working mostly with people of the same age, pay is better than average for not having a degree.

      Cons

      It often feels like you are taking another class and you can't set most of your schedule to benefit you. Sometimes I had wished that I had worked in a less mentally demanding job where I could have just gone on autopilot and then get back to homework.

      As a student assistant at Plant Biology they give you very flexible hours. This makes it convenient when you have classes

      Cons

      you can not make miss days because there are certain tasks that need to be done each day. This can be problematic for students
