      Pros

      Working on a college campus, laid back attitude, friendly people, great benefits, good home work life balance, surrounding area is a great place to raise a family.

      Cons

      Constant funding cuts from the state, low salaries compared to market, decisions tend to be based on what the other Big Ten universities are doing.

      Pros

      Those who work hard and push themselves to succeed can escalate through the ranks quickly. Lot's of leadership experience to be gained and a decent way to pay the bills in College.

      Cons

      Management can be very calloused towards employee needs and many of them have an ego. Getting promoted can be a very political process as well since in many cases student managers regulate the promotion process.
