Pros

The main pro is that as Mentors we received free room and board. Interacting with people and a few other small privileges such as early enrollment.

Cons

Poor communication and organization. Bad leadership and incompetence. The structure of the organization is archaic and does little to actually serve the community it is trying to engage with and instead just worries more about looking good on paper.

Pros

You can do hw. Its basic work as long as you take your time. Supervisors are cool.

Cons

Random meetings scheduled throughout the week. Coworkers tend not to pick up shifts. New rules come up randomly and write ups will be given out if you do not keep up.

Cons

the pay scale is smaller compared to the private sector. Paying for parking and union dues can be a con as well
