      Pros

      Great science environment. Department heads are always willing to sit down and talk with students and/or postdoctoral researchers. A good place to work.

      Cons

      No feedback. Postdoctoral salary is low, although that is true everywhere. Being on a fellowship may be a good resume builder, but it's horrible for benefits.
