Many nice people to work with, friendly atmosphere and they really seem to care about their employees.

Cons

The odor, they can't help that, something to get used to. When I worked there it was only seasonal. I would have like to have been brought on permanently.

Pros

Winter months are great...you dont have to do a lot for 3 months and get paid for it. Flexible schedule.

Cons

The main board does anything they want as long as it benefits them, not what benefits the company....to much conflict of interest. The CEO is not friendly. He will not say hello to anyone unless you are important.

High entry level wages. Good benefits. Union workplace. Friendly employees. Lots of room for advancement. Supports local agriculture.

Cons

Mandatory overtime on weekends during harvest season. Layoffs every spring. Teamwork between shifts is nonexistent. Very low morale.
