Lots of overtime.good benefits for old hires

Cons

Denied vacation and 7 days a week because of no workers. The company has to much nepotism. Reasonable amount of over time 24hr a day

Great benefits (health coverage, tuition reimbursement, vacation/sick leave). Opportunities for higher education (off-site trainings i.e. beet school and trade conferences) and establishing a career. Very family-oriented.

Cons

Subpar safety programs. Inconsistent management philosophies. Initial training program lacking (steep learning curve).
