Pros
1. Among the easiest jobs around for the best pay in the area. 2. They hire just about anyone and interviews aren't usually needed for many positions that are entry level. 3. Overtime is usually available every week.
Cons
1. They are a seasonal job that runs from mid-aug to about mid april, depending on the position. 2. They do have a strict attendance/tardy policy with a point system. You do get about 4 or 5 non-paid sick days a work season (called a campaign). If you don't burn through those quickly, you can use them for any reason you want to call in. Honestly this con isn't that big a deal if you are reliable worker. 3. No healthcare options.
