Teaches you to be more social with customers. Every customer's problems are unique, and solving their problems never gets stale. Keeps you physically active. Commissions have the potential to greatly exceed minimum wage

Cons

Commissions are based on in-store customer density, day of the week, and time of the year. Can be mentally demanding when solving customers problems all-day.
