Better than most retail stores I worked at. Pay is amazing if you put in the work. Mostly commission based so it’s if you slack off you’re only hurting yourself. A lot of physical labor too so it’s not really a job you can be lazy at.

Cons

Pheycially labor. Management can be harsh sometimes but if you do what your suppose to ans ask for help yorue chillin
